Bolton Road Eastbourne – A former Doctors Surgery in the heart of Eastbourne town centre. Anton Bree FRICS advised the client on the valuation and subsequent sale to a local developer. The transaction was complicated, in so far as the surgery had to remain in occupation until the new premises was constructed. Confidentiality was essential during the initial marketing campaign, which was restricted to local known cash buyers, and eventually secured by way of best bid, maximising the return for the client. The new owner is now working with Bree Prenton to let the basement and is seeking tenants for the ground floor accommodation, with a long-term plan for conversion of the other parts into residential accommodation.
