Land Acquisition

Station Road Hailsham – this site has been vacant for many years and Anton Bree FRICS has been in liaison with the owner advising on the valuation and transfer of the vacant land to their private pension fund. Subsequently we have now acquired the land, subject to planning consent and are retained by our client to obtain a consent for Industrial use. We have assembled, once again, a team of fellow professionals who have recently commenced on site, working with Cath Prenton MRICS to obtain a consent for occupation by our client. The site, having been vacant for many years, will require extensive investigation with regards to the environmental impact, which will necessitate detailed reports during the forthcoming seasons. It is anticipated that upon completion of those reports, plans can be prepared and submitted prior to the end of 2022.
