Anton Bree FRICS
Anton Bree FRICS
With over four decades of experience in property, Anton’s strengths as a commercial property consultant lie in Commercial Agency and Management, along with the acquisition, planning and sale of major residential and commercial sites.
His career began with a brief stint as an estate agent, but he quickly advanced to qualify as a Chartered Surveyor.
Since then, Anton has led and participated in numerous significant projects as the commercial property consultant, including a challenging four-year venture that started with the valuation of four adjoining sites and culminated in their successful sale, an achievement he is particularly proud of.
In the early 90s, Anton and his colleagues acquired and managed a substantial Residential Ground Rent portfolio of around 7,000 units, which they later sold as a successful business.
He also purchased and significantly grew a commercial surveying and agency business, Ross & Co, before transitioning into his current commercial property consultant role at Bree Prenton which he co-founded in 2021.
If you would like to discuss any commercial property ideas or have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to Anton directly.
The Residential Lettings and Management division was sold in 2024.
With a wealth of experience gained over 39 years in property acting as both agent and client in both Residential and Commercial sectors, Anton is able to offer an expert opinion on a variety of projects.
Anton was a Sussex Branch Chairman of the Incorporated Society of Valuers and Auctioneers and Chairman of Hailsham and District Chamber of Commerce.
