High Street Hailsham – an old established client of Anton Bree’s contacted him in late November 2021 with view to letting of a retail unit that had recently become vacant in Hailsham’s High Street. An inspection and valuation were completed and instructions immediately passed to market the property with no high expectations (due to the current pandemic and the close festive season). Details were immediately prepared an issued to a select list of potential interested parties and a suitable Tenant immediately secured. Working closely with the client solicitor the transaction was completed within one month and the tenant in occupation pre-Christmas to enable refurbishment works over the Christmas period and opening early in the New Year.
