Amberstone Hailsham – Having previously advised on the sale of three adjoining sites, totalling approximately 150 residential units, Anton Bree FRICS has recently advised on a further plot of land adjacent owned by his client. Previously told the land would not be suitable for development we advised the client to retain the land. Subsequently a consultancy agreement was agreed with an independent planning consultant and working together a consent approved. Thereafter the site was sold by Anton Bree to a major housing association for the development of approximately 50 Residential houses. As part of the agreement, we negotiated a reserved access, in order to allow the opportunity for land behind this site to be developed and a further consultancy agreement has been reached in that regard resulting in a substantial sum for the original client in the event consent is obtained on the rear site.
